In collaboration with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) we ran an informative and inspiring webinar exploring how FSC-certified materials can support more sustainable fashion, tailored to fashion brands, retailers and manufacturers across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Insights from session:

  • The important role of forests globally. They support the livelihoods of 1.6 billion people globally, play a crucial role in climate regulation and in maintaining biodiversity.
  • Why FSC matters. The chain of custody approach that allows for the integrity of the system to be maintained and verified which builds trust right across the supply chain.
  • The impact when forest fibres are not sourced sustainably, how this can lead to deforestation and biodiversity loss.
  • Consumer expectation of transparency is growing, and how FSC allows your organisation to provide this traceability and communications tool, and demonstrate your commitment to protecting forests.
  • How FSC can support your organisation’s sustainability goals.
  • How to get started, even if you're a small brand or retailer.
